What is Oxygen Flowmeter?

It is used for humidification and filtration of oxygen gases in hospitals. It is called flow meter, flow meter or flow meter. It can provide 20 Lt / min oxygen flow. Flowmeters that are connected directly to oxygen tubes are called oxygen therapy devices. The distinguishing feature of oxygen therapy devices is that they have a regulator on the other flowmeters.

 

 

 What are the Flowmeter applications and how do they work?

Tecnomed Flowmeter or flowmeters can be used as central system or rail type flowmeter with hose outlet. It connects to the sockets and receives oxygen gas from the central gas installation. It decreases the amount of gas coming from the high bar in the volume and acts as a humidification and filtration function.

 

 

Flowmeter Technical Specifications

Inner conical part, jack, jar cover and body are all brass alloy.

All raw materials from production are sterilized in ultrasonic washers.

All body materials made of brass alloy are 100% pure

All surfaces on the body can be sterilized and must have a radius.

The flowmeter should have a label on the flow control knob indicating the direction of oxygen up and down.

Valve needle is of high quality stainless material.

The upper bottle and humidifier bottle (bottom jar) is made of polycarbonate and can be sterilized in autoclave at least 140 degrees.

The flowmeter flow control knob is easy to adjust and is durable, optional for use.

The scale indicator is a durable polycarbonate material that can be autoclaved. It is selegraphically printed and indelible showing the range of 1-20 Ipm.

If the flowmeter has hose outlet, the hose used must be at least 20 bar working pressure and 40 bar test pressure. Clamps used in hose connections should be stainless and double eared.

Tecnomed Flowmeters are produced in norms such as DIN, DISS, BS, AF, AFROX.

Oxygen Flowmeter Technical Specification

Oxygen flowmeter 13 485 must be produced from qualified materials that must be used in accordance with the standard of medical directives.

The flowmeter should be calibrated so that it does not leak from any port during medical oxygen gas passage.

During the flow of oxygen in the flowmeters, even at the highest pressure level, there should be no vibration in the adjustable knob or in the whole product and the product should work stably.

Articles on the flowmeter bottom jar and bottle should be printed with indelible screen printing and should be easily readable.

Flowmeter jack outputs should be manufactured according to BS, DIN, DISS, AF norms.
