Medical Air Plant (3 x 123m³/h)
Medical Air Center (3 x 123m³ / h)
They are all of the system components that provide the sterile air production needed in hospitals.
Medical air plant; It consists of screw air compressors, compressed air tanks, chemical and physical air dryers, compressed air line filters and medical air regulation panel equipment. The working structure of the system starts with the delivery of compressed air from the screw compressors to the installation. Compressed air coming out of the compressors varies between 7 and 10 bar depending on the compressor pressure height. The compressed air formed is then filled into the tanks and the compressed air passing through the tanks is purified from moisture by means of air dryers. After this stage, the dried compressed air passes through the particle holder, oil holder and active carbon filters and sterilized. Compressed air reaches appropriate standards to meet medical requirements with the completion of adequate sterilization processes. With the help of a regulator, it is reduced to the desired line pressure level and medical air is sent to the copper piping.
- System equipment
-Screw Air Compressors: 3 units of 123m³ / h capacity
-Cooled Type Air Dryers: 2 with 132m³ / h capacity
- Compressed Air Tanks: 2 units of 1000LT capacity
-Filtration Components: 2 quadruple (mx, my, ma, mp) by-pass filter groups
-Medical Air Control Panel: 2 pieces of 4 bar (with by-pass), 2 pieces of 7bar (with by-pass) regulation groups
- Screw Air Compressors (3 pieces 123m³ / h capacity)
These are the machines used to obtain compressed air in the Medical Air Plant.
Screw air compressors operating with a belt-pulley system separate the air mixed with the oil passing through the screw group from the oil and send it to the radiator inlet with the help of its immersion or spin-on separator filters. Oil-free compressed air is cooled in the radiator and delivered to the compressor outlet line.
- Refrigerated Type Air Dryers; (2 with 132m³ / h capacity)
It is used for drying the moisture in the compressed air in the Medical Air Plant.
With its scroll compressor, the R134a refrigerant in the tank is compressed and pressurized. With the help of a condenser, the temperature of the coolant is reduced. The cooler brings the temperature of the fluid to the dew point of 3 ° C and provides it to condense. Thus, it dries the moisture in the air. After the drying process takes place, the refrigerant is evaporated in the heat exchanger. The liquid remaining in the refrigerant that reaches the liquid separator is separated from the refrigerant gas and returns to the compressor in order to repeat the system.
- Compressed Air Tanks (2 pieces 1000LT)
Compressed air tanks are a cylindrical structure that provides the storage of compressed air in the system.
Compressed air tanks are produced in volumes of 250 liters, 500 liters, 1000 liters or 2000 liters, horizontally or vertically. Galvanized sheet, 304 chrome, 430 chrome or stainless steel options are available for the production of air tanks. Pressure bar level varies according to the standards set by the manufacturer. There is a safety valve on the compressed air tanks provided that it is above the pressure level. The safety valve is used to relieve the high pressure that occurs in emergency situations. There should be 1 safety cover on the tank body, which is produced in accordance with the standards, for tank cleaning and other problems that may occur. Under the tank, there is a discharge outlet valve for the discharge of water caused by moisture that may form inside. Compressed air tanks have a manometer with sufficient capacity for the amount of pressure they can meet on their body or upper parts. In this way, you can mechanically monitor the pressure in the tank. Pressure vessels should be tested at least once a year by authorized organizations.
- Filtration Components (2 x 4 (mx, my, ma, mp) with by-pass)
It ensures that the compressed air in the medical air plant is sterilized and transformed into medical air.
It is placed after the dryer in the installation on the system. The dehumidified air leaving the dryer enters the general purpose element and the first filtration process is performed. Afterwards, the oil holder passes through the sensitive filter and is again purified from the remaining oil particles and droplets. Afterwards, it passes through the active carbon filter and the odor of the oil odor and hydrocarbon derivative gases are removed. Finally, the final filtration process is completed by passing through the particle holder filter element. It is made suitable for medical air standards.
- Medical Air Control Panel (2 pieces 4 bar (with by-pass), 2 pieces 7bar (with by-pass))
The control panel ensures that the medical air is regulated and brought to the desired pressure. Medical air plant outlet bars are at the level of seven (7) bar for surgical air and four (4) bar for ventilation used in intensive care systems.
Medical Air Control Panel is produced with redundancy. In case of any malfunction, backup regulator or by-pass line is activated. Regulators are mounted on a galvanized sheet or 304 chrome base. There are medical gas valves at the outlet and inlets of the regulators. Medical gas valves are designed with detachable conical unions for emergencies.
